The staff were active and helpful, making our check-in process easy. the hotel is conveniently located by the bus station and within a short walk to the waterbus station, with plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarket, and bakeries nearby.

The hotel was great, had bright rooms. All of the staff were amicable, accommodating. The location was marvellous and magnificent for traveling around Venice, short walk to a supermarket & bakeries, feet or Vaporetto, and the tourist area. I visited Pizza al Volo, plus it was located nearby. The downstairs bar was lively;))

Bright rooms with beautiful views of Campo Santa Margherita square. The room offers bathrooms with showers and hairdryers. The surrounding area is full of interesting restaurants and shops.

Bed comfort wasn't fantastic.

With our large family in tow, we had a fantastic stay at this comfortable and conveniently located apartment. Etienne, our helpful host, gave us a warm welcome and guided us through the well-equipped room. The windows were soundproof, ensuring peaceful nights despite the lively atmosphere in the square. The apartment itself was modern and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after exploring Venice with our children.

My children wanted a playground nearby for some outdoor fun.
